But hidden beneath the progress came a few surprises — a blocked drain and a cracked support wall that must be rebuilt. Even so, the work continues with faith and determination, knowing every challenge brings us one step closer to opening a medical center that will bring affordable healthcare and lasting hope to families in Escuintla.
