This Preliminary Application helps us get to know you—your heart, your journey, and how God might be leading you to serve.

This form typically takes about one hour to complete. You’ll have the ability to save your progress and return to finish it later if needed.

We’ll ask for information about:

• 🧭 Your ministry interests

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Your family and background

• 🎓 Your education and work history

• 🙏 Your spiritual journey and faith commitments

To move forward in the application process, please ensure you can answer YES to the following six questions:

1. 🇺🇸 Are you a citizen or current resident of the United States?

2. ✝️ Do you have a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ?

3. ⛪ Are you actively involved in a local church community?

4. 🌍 Are you seeking to share the Gospel and disciple others?

5. 💌 Are you willing to raise your own prayer and financial support?

6. 🎂 Are you 18 years of age or older?
